XL-Mentoring is a community mentoring project that pairs trained volunteer mentors with young people who need help realising their potential.
We train all of our XLM Coordinators on how to effectively manage and encourage mentoring relationships that make the most of their time together. Our resources include information on how to match a mentor and mentee, ways to conduct regular supervisions, how to evaluate the impact of the mentoring relationship, best practice methods to help sustain the relationship and navigate challenge, and steps to ensure a healthy ending for both the mentor and mentee.
The cost of our training includes one XLM Coordinator manual, one XLM Mentor manual, access to all of our resources, and support through the XLM Network website.
